Nobody likes to confront pain. The only problem with pain is when we turn away from it.  My work for 26 years has been 

centered around assisting clients in managing & addressing their WHOLEBODY health.

BALANCE FROM THE INSIDE OUT

In 2018 I became a  HeartMath Trainer. My passion today is  teaching in the social emotional and resilience education arena.

Born and raised in Southern Maine today I reside in Santa Barbara, CA.
