Nobody likes to confront pain. The only problem with pain is when we turn away from it.  My work for 25 years has been centered around assisting clients in managing & addressing their WHOLEBODY health.

In 2018 I became a  HeartMath Trainer I teaching in the social emotional and resilience education arena. Assisting individuals & teams to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity.
